On bread and butter
We bake a loaf that can stand next to the rest of the meal. The butter is cultured and cold.
Bread is not a free basket to fill time. It is a course if you order it.
The loaf is a simple sourdough. The butter is salted at the end. If you want a second loaf, say so — we price it, because flour and time are not infinite.
